Hotel Nyx Cancun

The room at Hotel Nyx Cancun was so cozy and comfortable, with an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea at sunset. As someone who loves being close to the beach, this room was absolutely perfect for me.

The Basic Rooms without windows were not my favorite, but I can see how others might still enjoy them.

lunch and dinner also for all inclusive guests a la carte. food was prepared fresh for all guests. clean room and very comfortable bed. beautiful beach area. beautiful winding beach. possibility to eat and drink after check-out until the flight in the late evening. good wifi. in general a nice solid and clean hotel where we had a nice stay. nevertheless we would never book it again for this price, with over 160 euro per night we expected much more than a classic all inclusive stronghold with bad animation program, horrible cocktails and mediocre food.

many rooms facing the main road, where the noise resembles a motorway even at night. cocktails in the all inclusive offer are all inedible. two-class society at beach loungers (you only get wooden loungers and "beds" at the beach if you pay something extra. at 150 euro per night a cheek.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with downtown just a short walk away. The outside area for breakfast was absolutely lovely, offering a beautiful view while enjoying a delicious meal. The restaurant on-site served excellent food, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was impressed by the range of amenities provided, including 24-hour room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room itself was well-appointed, with a comfortable sitting area and a spacious terrace. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable. the level of comfort and quality services provided at this venue was exceptional.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

The location since there are almost no places to buy things and apart from that some parts of my room were damaged

For adventurous families, the property is perfect for making daily excursions, with diverse activities and breathtaking views. The Kelly's Bar is a lively spot, offering pool tables, darts, sports mementos, and live music, creating a relaxed.

My kids wished for a wider variety of children's activities.

No possibility to pay in pesos or dollars! Insistence of the baggage handlers to pick up our stuff without knowing what we wanted to do!

The hotel is not the typical big one but it is quite comfortable, the food is exquisite, the location on the beach is great, the drinks are of good quality.

Only the manager did not give me the required help in a situation, I think he does not have the skills to deal with clients, he does not understand service.

My stay at this hotel had a lot of positive aspects. I loved the hotel's location; it was super close to the downtown area and within walking distance of several shopping districts. Plus, it was literally right in front of the beach! Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great breakfast.

The breakfast, very wide range and super delicious. The food in general is highly recommended in the hotel. The location, directly at the beach, one of the most beautiful beach sections, it was central but still quiet, perfect to relax.

room was nicely furnished and renovated, you could always smell the sewerage in the room. we wanted to change the room, staff said that there was no other one available. in itself, staff was nice, as long as there was no request. if one asked or asked for something, they cursed in spanish or looked bad.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing beach structure and the fantastic location of NYX Hotel. The three amazing restaurants made it hard for us to decide where to have dinner every day. The beach service with Jose and Eduardo was top-notch and the deck restaurant with Roberto was incredible. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The all-inclusive drinks and food were great, and we especially enjoyed the dinner at Umami. the experience was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

Felt like being home, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is the perfect mixture of "carefree" holidays but not a huge hotel bunker. The breakfast was awesome!

unfortunately, deck chairs at the pool and at the beach were "reserved" - as a hotel, one should do something against this, specially as there was always more than enough staff present.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect with the beach just in front of the hotel. I could easily go to downtown too. The room was great and had everything I needed, including free Wi-Fi and an espresso machine. The staff were amazing, especially the bartenders and waiters who were always cheerful and helpful. The food was fantastic, especially the buffet breakfast. Cons: I highly recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

beach is beautiful and hotel could have been great if a stench in the room hadn't ruined everything.

The sea is gigantic

my first room was so cold that you couldn't sleep there, it was not possible to regulate the air conditioning, it always cooled automatically to 15 degrees. so i asked for another room which had a normal temperature.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and older style of our room at Nyx. The breathtaking view from our room added to the overall experience.

The beach, the swimming pools but not enough deckchairs taken by the customers in the morning. Let's think of the others! We had two bedrooms and three bathrooms and a small kitchen and a huge living room for two people. We can't complain!

The air-conditioning was far too loud when it was cool outside. Think of the planet!

Tremendous location near the best shopping mall. Very good attention from the waiters on the beach and from Oscar at the welcome to the hotel.

The pool was full of people drinking inside with their clothes on. The hotel doesn't clean up the beach's scourge.

great room (renovated but not all), great food, not like you know it in buffet form. great beach with lie with it. no mega big hotel, is a little bit smaller than all the others, that is very nice. we did not expect so much and were surprised how good and elegant everything was.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and we loved the ocean view from our balcony. the staff at the hotel were always nice and willing to help, especially the waiters. the hotel is well located, just a few minutes away from a popular mall, which was great for a leisurely stroll. the Chianti restaurant served delicious food, adding to our overall enjoyable experience.

One downside was that the breakfast options at the buffet were limited, and the overall food quality wasn't the best. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, as it was dripping.

I consider it an excellent breakfast, rooms are in very good condition and clean, beach and pool area are excellent. the restaurant is very clean and well attended.

Extremely clean and close to the sea

Much too Americanized and we lose The Sun on the beach around 16:00 due to the surrounding hotels being too high and sun going down behind our backs.

At this hotel, I found the best beach in the hotel zone. The beautiful white sand and the incredible turquoise blue sea of the Caribbean emerge in one stunning panorama. It's like stepping into a painting where every color is more vibrant and every wave more inviting. It's a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

Saving on towels

The beach, good food, good drink and very good attention.

There are no vegetarian or vegan menus in restaurants and that can be a problem. Apart from that everything is very functional and staff is super friendly and they have all the precautions for covid, unfortunately many guests, especially Americans are not having them, one has enough space not to live close

I always come back for the great service and amenities. The staff once helped me print tickets. The hotel has everything I need from free Wi-Fi and on-site car park to babysitting services. Perfect for my business trips.

Beautiful view on the lagoon, magnificent sunset. Very large and well equiped room, walk on the beach.

Beach mattresses are reserved very early in the morning by empty towels ... without anyone. That sucks!

Everything is very well

They stole a cell phone and didn't give us any solution. It was an iPhone 11 they could offer us to check the camera that is in the towel area

Great beach and breathtaking views! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurants was excellent, especially at Chianti. Special thanks to Eduardo, our waiter, who provided amazing service. Shoutout to Erik, the bellboy, for helping us with our luggage.

We loved the beautiful beach and clear waters just a few steps from our room. The ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking. The room was comfortable and clean. The only minor downside was the slow Wi-Fi. we had a fantastic stay at Nyx.

The property was always clean with two pools. Good location between downtown hotel area and the malls. Night staff were great, especially the bartenders Frederico & Edgar. Server from the restaurant, Leon, was kind. Rooms were modern and bright with great facilities. Pool was a decent size with a jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and chef made omelettes and waffles. Lunch had a great selection and dinner had a mix of buffet and a la carte. Staff were helpful and attentive. Beach was well thought out with palm trees and beds. a brilliant hotel with excellent service.

The property is conveniently located near several shopping districts and it's just a short distance from the restaurant. The hotel room had a great view and the room was very clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even the night staff. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the oceanfront room was quite spacious.

Amazing staff, great pool and beach, fun activities, beautiful sunsets, fantastic bartender, good value for money.

Nothing it was perfect.

The beachfront location was convenient. The spacious room had an upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jesus, Omar, Gustavo, and Manuel. The facilities were clean and the beach view was great. Entertainment staff Jhonatan and bellboy Andrey were professional.

The hotel had a perfect balance between mind and body, especially when a hurricane warning made everyone leave. So relaxing!

It's not like I wanted to stay in a hurricane or anything, but it would have been nice to experience one during my stay. How boring!
